For my daughter’s 33rd birthday she gave me 3 links to a new phone case with her beloved Ollie pictured. She didn’t tell me which one she liked the best. I picked yours and it turned out to be her favorite as well. Purple is her favorite color, so the lavender flowers were perfect. Ollie’s “painted” portrait came out beautiful! Thank you for bringing joy into my daughters life!
They really work with you to get the look you want. Great product and service. I do wish I would have known the cat would be as big as the two dogs. (Each pillow has the same size picture and we got three for my daughter going to college and needless to say each of our animals are a different size so they are a little disproportionate. I’m sure if we’d asked them to adjust that they would have. I just didn’t know.)

It arrived later than my flight abroad and I could not take it with me to the person for whom it is made for. However, the bag is in good quality and the pictures are accurate, above all, each dog's face was on each side of the bag- as requested. The owner will have the bag later in the year but I am happy with the result
Omg! The best experience! After the loss of our precious cat, I commissioned Sam and Jack to memorialize our big boy! They didn’t disappoint. They even redid the proofs to capture more what our beautiful boy really looked like in my eyes ( more like darker colored than pastels). They were so easy to work with, were quick to respond in communication, and the website was easy to navigate, downloading photos , etc. We love our portrait! We would 100 percent recommend them. Their artists are very talented and flexible, using photos plus narrative to recreate the best memory of your beloved pet!

I purchased a phone case with my pet on it about a year ago. My case broke and I wanted to replace it. When I contacted you and asked if you still had the print, you said no problem. I was able to reorder one promptly. I added a cup to my order as well. I was thankful that I was able to replace my case in a prompt uneventful manner. My pet looks so cute on my phone case & mug. Love it!
This is my 2d case from Sam & Jack. Both have been beautiful representations of my pup. The approval process gave me the opportunity to change background without any issue. Cases were both delivered promptly and beautifully made. The case is actually much better than the one purchased at the phone store. I would highly recommend Sam & Jack products.

I gave the bag as a Christmas present, and the recipient loved it.
The proof process didn’t quite work correctly which delayed delivery until after Christmas but the team worked hard to fix it so that the order went through and my wife loves the cover.
My parents got me a water bottle and print from you all and I’m obsessed. Did such a great job capturing my handsome boy Dash and turning him into a painting. I’ve already gotten a ton of compliments on the bottle and can’t wait to get the picture framed!
the picture was not reflective of our pet, it’s my fault, so close to christmas for my granddaughter, just went ahead and didn’t fuss with the likeness … she agrees that it is not like the pic we sent. So will find another store that will put the actual picture on it for her present.
I purchased a phone case for my husband for Christmas. I sent in a photo of our recently deceased dog and my husband is thrilled with the charming image on his phone. It’s a lovely resemblance and a nice memory of our departed dog whom we adored. My daughter ordered one as well!
The entire process was so easy, from submitting my picture to receiving my proof to receiving my product. I bought the small 10" pillow for my daughter as a Christmas present that she can bring to college with her. She loves the smaller size, perfect for setting on her bed or hugging. :)

This is my second cell phone case I have purchased. Loved my first one which I used for a couple of years but it did not fit my new phone. This new case is nice but I am disappointed in the picture of my pup. The eyes are really dark and look black. I did approve the proof but the eyes didn’t look as dark as they do on the case. Not sure how much I will use it.
My friend really enjoyed it and the team was super helpful with making corrections to the picture
