Pet Portrait Process
For our custom pet portrait items, the entire portrait creation, proofing, and delivery process takes about 12-14 business days. Around the holidays, please add a few extra days and check our holiday shipping information and dates.
We'll send you a proof of your pet portrait via email about 2 to 4 days after you place an order.
Once you approve your final proof, you'll receive your pet portrait product within approximately 6-10 business days in the U.S. Note revisions to your portrait may add to the turnaround time.
You'll receive an email notification when your item ships along with tracking information so you can count down the days to delivery!
Shipping Costs
All of our custom orders and clothing orders are tracked and insured. We'll provide you with a tracking number via email once your order ships!
