The entire process takes about10-12 business days.
We'll send you a proof of your pet portrait via email about 24-48 hours after you place an order. Once you approve your final proof, you'll receive your framed portrait within 5-10 business days in the U.S. and 7-12 days in Europe. Note revisions to your proof may add to the turnaround time.
You'll receive an email notification when your item ships along with tracking information so you can count down the days to delivery!
Shipping delays are expected this holiday season and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Below are the suggested dates by which to order to receive your item or items by December 24th.
You may choose to bypass the proofing step for your pet portrait to add two days to the cut-offs below (For instance, order your framed pet portrait by December 6 and not December 8). Add a note at check-out if you wish to do so. Know we’ll carefully review your portrait and compared it to the photo you submit!
