Refund policy

Since all pet portrait and personalized products are custom created for you, we typically do not accept refunds. However, if you are unhappy with the item you ordered for any reason, reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and stand by all our products.

For clothing, we offer a 30-day return window. We will subtract a flat rate of $5 fee from your refund in exchange for a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to us. Returned items must be unworn with tags attached.
