Once you approve your final proof, you'll receive your pet portrait shaped pillow in about 5-8 business days. You'll get an email notification with tracking information when it ships to count down the days to delivery!
* Note our 'skip-the-line' option will speed up the overall timing of your order by moving your portrait to the top of our queue, but it will not speed up our shipping partners' delivery time.

Choose a custom pet portrait framed print, tote bag, pillow, mug or any other item. Next upload your pet's portrait, choose the background color, and place your order.
STEP 2
APPROVE YOUR PROOF
Our talented artists create your custom, hand-illustrated, pet portrait!
Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes.
We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
STEP 3
YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED
Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order, and add a few days during the busy holiday season.
