APPROVE YOUR PROOF
Our talented artists create your custom, hand-illustrated, pet portrait!
Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes.
We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
STEP 3
YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED
Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order, and add a few days during the busy holiday season.

This is my 2d case from Sam & Jack. Both have been beautiful representations of my pup. The approval process gave me the opportunity to change background without any issue. Cases were both delivered promptly and beautifully made. The case is actually much better than the one purchased at the phone store. I would highly recommend Sam & Jack products.
The proof process didn’t quite work correctly which delayed delivery until after Christmas but the team worked hard to fix it so that the order went through and my wife loves the cover.

This is my second cell phone case I have purchased. Loved my first one which I used for a couple of years but it did not fit my new phone. This new case is nice but I am disappointed in the picture of my pup. The eyes are really dark and look black. I did approve the proof but the eyes didn’t look as dark as they do on the case. Not sure how much I will use it.

The picture is right on the target. I’ve tried at least 6-8 different companies to buy pendants, Jewelry etc with a picture of my 2 babies on same. The garbage that these companies send me as a proof is so bad, I’d be embarrassed to send it to anyone. I’ve purchased 4 IPhone covers from them and everyone is perfect. Thank you so much, Pete lane

Our black cat, Oberon, really stands out against his yellow backdrop. My Abyssinian, Lucy, is really cute on her pink backdrop. My only complaint is that Lucy was drawn more as a Ruddy Abyssinian and she's most definitely a red.
