Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes.
We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.

Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

Omg! The best experience! After the loss of our precious cat, I commissioned Sam and Jack to memorialize our big boy! They didn’t disappoint. They even redid the proofs to capture more what our beautiful boy really looked like in my eyes ( more like darker colored than pastels). They were so easy to work with, were quick to respond in communication, and the website was easy to navigate, downloading photos , etc. We love our portrait! We would 100 percent recommend them. Their artists are very talented and flexible, using photos plus narrative to recreate the best memory of your beloved pet!
We hope we don’t need to add another picture to our wall of great dogs that are greatly missed, but if we do lose one of our two great dogs we currently care for, we will definitely be ordering again from Sam and Jack 💓

I would have added a picture But the picture of Oswin is a Christmas present for my nephew, and it is wrapped! However, I am thrilled with the picture. It captured the spirit of Oswin. On another note, I must tell you that I went to a holiday luncheon this past Sunday at a friend’s house. I have not seen these people in several years, but I had told them about Sam and Jack sometime ago. When I walked in the door, I immediately saw a Sam and Jack portrait of their late pup Friar!
The portrait of Molly and Marley turned out great. Unfortunately Marley passed sway before we got the portrait. She was diagnosed with nose cancer in September and it progressed very rapidly. I put her down end of October because her breathing got do bad. I’ll have this portrait of her to remember her by.

This was a very special order that I made after receiving my order of my two pups. I was so impressed with the portrait of my guys Cooper and Spencer that I decided this would make great Christmas presents for the rest of the family as we have a total of 10 dogs . Jet and Luca are my nephew’s two dogs and our family & recently learned that Jet has degenerative myelopathy which is the canine version of ALS. Jet holds another distinction in our family as my sister got Jet a week after my mom died nine years ago and he was wonderful and lifting our spirits. Because we don’t know how much time Jet has left before we have to make that horrible decision I decided that now would be the appropriate time to get my nephew his portrait. My nephew and his wife love the portrait. Thank you Sam & Jack.

How fun was this! Really personalized service. Nice folks. And the finished product is so precious. It was an anniversary present for my husband.
