Sam and Jack custom pet portrait items are custom-made to order.
While we can no longer guarantee orders will arrive before Christmas with standard shipping, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Add a phone number at checkout to see if there are expedited shipping options for your order.

Two ways to give a custom pet portrait gift:
1. Custom Pet Portrait Card Now + Gift to Follow
If you need a gift to give ASAP or for Christmas, order any custom pet portrait item, and we'll send you a printable card with a custom portrait in 1-2 days, while the item you ordered is on the way.
Wrap, email, mail or otherwise present the portrait and bring a smile to your gift recipient's face when they see it AND when they receive the gift from you in the mail.
Place your order as usual and add a note in checkout or contact us anytime to request the card with the portrait to present.
2. Gift Cards!
Order a gift card for a specific item or a specified dollar amount and let your gift recipient choose their favorite photo, item, and color or pattern.

* As noted on our product pages, add about 3-5 days to the delivery estimates you see posted on the product pages at checkout and elsewhere for the portrait creation and approval process.
* Our 'skip-the-line' option will speed up the overall timing of your order by moving your portrait to the top of our queue, but it will not speed up our shipping partners' delivery time.
