Next, we’ll create a custom pet portrait – digitally hand-drawn, and send you a proof of the portrait to approve. Once approved, we'll create the beautiful ceramic tray and ship it to you with care.

Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes. We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
STEP 3
YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED
Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order and within 2-3 weeks around various holidays.
