A good friend sent me a very cute picture of his cats. I wanted to put it on a mug as a gift for him. I had trouble deciding on the perfect background color, the illustrators totally understood and worked with me supplying different backgrounds. We came to a decision, they were also able to separate them and place them side by side on the back side of the mug. It couldn't be more perfect. He couldn't be happier when he received it, said it was beautiful and wanted to know how I did it. I told him all the thanks should go to Sam and Jack. They always manage to make it perfect. I think it's absolutely beautiful from a picture. It's my son's kitty, I'm so excited I can't wait to see his expression, I'll be giving it to him Xmas eve. I am so happy with Sam and Jack, after getting a mug as a Xmas gift I was so impressed I immediately ordered one for my cat for myself. That proof was so on point (he's not picture friendly) I immediately ordered a phone case. After receiving his mug, I thought about my 9 yr old torti that passed this time last year which I'm still grieving, her pictures were always a blur. I found 1 picture pretty rough and placed a mug order with it. After seeing what they can do I believe they can do their magic and make it at presentable at best. It's a small company so they actually communicate with you promptly for help. I suggest taking a look at their work for gifts or for yourself if you're a pet lover. I think the finished products are exquisitely done.

I love the mug and the photo came out very real like except the blue eyes didn’t match the photo . As I was told later that the heating process transferred the photo and couldn’t capture the true blue and couldn’t guarantee color. I still love the mug and would recommend the company’
