Next, we’ll create a custom pet portrait – digitally hand-drawn, and email a proof of the portrait for you to review. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the portrait is just right!
Once the portrait is approved, we'll create your new favorite pillow and ship it to you with care.

APPROVE YOUR PROOF
Our talented artists create your custom, hand-illustrated, pet portrait!
Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes.
We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
STEP 3
YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED
Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order, and add a few days during the busy holiday season.

They really work with you to get the look you want. Great product and service. I do wish I would have known the cat would be as big as the two dogs. (Each pillow has the same size picture and we got three for my daughter going to college and needless to say each of our animals are a different size so they are a little disproportionate. I’m sure if we’d asked them to adjust that they would have. I just didn’t know.)

I have ordered several items from Sam and Jack and have been delighted with all of them. Two were given as gifts to my daughters with their dogs and they loved the pillows and how much the image looked exactly like their dogs. Sam and Jack is dedicated to getting the image of your pet exactly the way you want it and are very patient with doing corrections to the proofs.
I loved the portrait on my pillow. Such a great job! The stuffing for the pillow was a bit much that it looks overstuffed. But overall very satisfied and I think it will make a great gift.

I ordered a pillow year ago and the fabric was much nicer. That one was thicker canvas. I was surprised that the fabric is so synthetic and thin now. I was hoping for matching pillows (both are teal) but the fabric change ruined it all.

The quality of the pillow itself if amazing. I love the fabric and the zipper seems strong and durable. I was disappointed in the coloring of my pet on the pillow as opposed to the picture I sent. Her fur looks much lighter on the pillow than it is in real life, and has some grey in it on the pillow (which my pet does not have). The coloring used makes it look like a different pet.

Dealing With Sam and Jack was probably the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a company. When there was a minor problem with the product (my fault) Stacey Went above and beyond to make it right. In addition, the pillow with our beloved pet pictured was perfect. The quality was very high and everything was done to our satisfaction. I am certainly going to use this company again for some of their other items.
My choice was a gift for a friend/client who simply loved the pillow. I was quite satisfied of the realness. I would never order during a holiday, since it was delivered much later than promised and expected. However, because you delivered on quality, which is most important, I will consider ordering in the future.

This is a five-star company with outstanding products. I don't usually rave this way, but we've bought six pillows from Sam and Jack, and each one has been perfect. I don't know how they create what looks like a painted portrait from the photos I sent. Other companies' similar products look like the photo was just pasted to a pillow. And ... owner Stacey made sure we were satisfied with the final portrait. We'll be repeat customers. I highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough about the products of this company. I researched other company products and compared them with Sam and Jack, but there is no comparison. The other companies' products were nothing more than photos glued to pillows or whatever. Sam and Jack, on the other hand, somehow make the photos look as though they are painted. The brush strokes make the pillow look like it was hand-painted by an artist. We bought two pillows last month for friends who have two dogs and decided to use one pillow for each dog. Stacey worked with us on deciding colors, etc. She was patient, helpful and efficient. We were never left waiting and she made sure our order was moved along. I'm now buying another two pillows and am having the same positive experience. I don't post often, but my experience with Sam and Jack has been exceptional. And --- it's women-owned and makes contributions to a charity that helps older dogs. The company's products and service are well worth my five-star review.
