2022 Holiday Shipping Information

All of our products are custom made to order so they can no longer be delivered before Christmas, but we've got you covered with two options:

Custom Pet Portrait Card Now + Gift to Follow

Order any item that includes a pet portrait by Tuesday, December 20th, and we'll email you a printable card with the custom portrait you ordered.

Wrap, email, mail or otherwise present the portrait and bring a smile to your gift recipient's face when they see it AND when they receive the gift from you in the mail.

Place your order as usual and add a note in checkout or contact us anytime to request the card with the portrait to present.

Gift Cards

Order a gift card here for a specific item or a specified dollar amount and let your gift recipient choose their favorite photo and background color! Order now and choose to print or email the gift certificate; for email, choose the delivery date and send a note along with the gift card.

Order by Monday, December 5th, 11:59 pm PST with standard shipping for orders shipping within the U.S.

* As noted on our product pages, add about 7-10 days to the delivery estimates you see posted on the product pages, at checkout and elsewhere for the portrait creation and approval process.

* Our 'skip-the-line' option will speed up the overall timing of your order by moving your portrait to the top of our queue, but it will not speed up our shipping partners' delivery time.

Order by Sunday, December 4th, 11:59 PM PST for orders shipping within the U.S.

Expedited shipping is not available for phone cases.

These items ships from California via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Local delivery is available in Marin and San Francisco from December 17th through December 23rd.
