Gift cards are offered at $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, and $200 (all USD) and may be used to pay for an order in full or in part.

We are happy to create a gift card amount for a specific item in the store, including or excluding shipping; just reach out with your request.

You will receive an email within 5-10 minutes of placing your order with the digital gift card and instructions on how to redeem it.

Additionally, upon request, we will send you a complimentary custom digital card with a greeting of your choice and a specific item or items. We can send this to you or directly to your gift recipient. Contact us with any special requests.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose your favorite photo of your dog, cat, rabbit, or any other pet.

Choose a custom pet portrait framed print, tote bag, pillow, mug or any other item. Next upload your pet's portrait, choose the background color, and place your order.

STEP 2

APPROVE YOUR PROOF

Our talented artists create your custom, hand-illustrated, pet portrait!

Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes.

We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.

STEP 3

YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED

Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.

Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order, and add a few days during the busy holiday season.
