Your gift recipient can personalize their custom pet portrait item with their favorite pet photo and color. We'll work with them to create the perfect one-of-a-kind gift from you!
Gift cards can be delivered by email or printed, and contain checkout redemption instructions. Our gift cards never expire.
To order a gift card, select the gift card amount or item and then tap or click on the 'Send as a gift' button to print or send the gift card.
- Choose to print the gift card at home.
- Choose to send the gift card via email or IM. With this option, choose the delivery date and add a message, and you'll receive an email notification when your gift recipient opens the gift card email.
Last, add the gift card to your cart and checkout.

Choose your favorite photo of your dog, cat, rabbit, or any other pet.
Upload it, choose your preferred background color, and optionally add your pet’s name or other options, and place your order.
STEP 2
APPROVE YOUR PROOF
Our talented artists create your custom, hand-illustrated, pet portrait!
Once complete, we'll send you a proof to review. Approve it or request changes. We will not ship your order until you approve the portrait to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.
STEP 3
YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED
Once your item ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information.
Expect delivery within about 2 weeks of placing your order and within 2-3 weeks around various holidays.

- Use natural lighting: Whether you use outdoor sunlight or good indoor lighting, your photo should feature your pet’s natural color and details.
